**What you will do in your working day**
- Work as part of a team to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
- Develop skills in reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints.
- Continuously learn and enhance your skills through on-the-job training and mentorship.
- Operate and maintain construction equipment such as excavators, forward tipping dumpers and ride-on rollers.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Gain experience in installing sewers and drainage systems, ensuring proper alignment and connectivity.
- Learn to lay block pavers with precision and attention to detail.
**The training you will be getting**
- Groundworker Level 2.
- Functional Skills (if required).
- Mentor on site.
- Training at Telford College as block release.
- Regular assessor visits.
**Before starting, we aim to train and upskill individuals with our NOCN accredited courses, these will be once a week, every two weeks, over a three month period. Upon completion of each course, you will receive a certificate. Not only does this look amazing on your CV for employers, but you're able to upskill yourself at zero cost**
Pay: From £16,575.00 per year
