We are currently looking for a Research Policy & Process Officer to join our Faculty of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). You will be instrumental in the successful implementation of our Research Knowledge Exchange & Enterprise strategy across the University. Here at Arden University, we have a great strength in our scholarship of learning and teaching across all our Faculties and a key element of this role will be to ensure that we are capitalising on this to the benefit of our students and their educational experience.

**About You**:
We are looking for someone with an Honours degree or equivalent professional qualification. You will have a strong background in supporting research grant administration and/or impact within a Higher Education Institution or similar setting.

You will have experience of guiding academics, researchers and students through the policies and procedures for ethics, research integrity and research governance. You should understand the UK research governance framework and have experience of implementing knowledge exchange and research impact-related activities.

You will also have knowledge of research funding councils, REF, KEF, and research quality measures, along with experience in financial planning and monitoring. The ability to develop efficient bid development processes, problem-solving skills, and flexibility in responding to change are key attributes.
