**The role & the skillset required**:
The main purpose of the role is to **conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements**, agree on lets and progress lets through to exchange and completion.
- Identifying and **maximising business opportunities**:

- Carrying out **Lettings and Listings**:

- Booking **property viewings** and registering applicants
- Delivering **exceptional customer service **over the phone and face to face
- Working towards and achieving **personal and branch targets**:

- **Giving directives** to the lettings team to lead them to branch targets
- Negotiating and agreeing on **tenancies**:

- **Representing the company** in a professional manner
- Building **strong relationships** with local property owners
