**Assistant Factor**

We require an experienced Assistant Factor, ideally commencing early May 2024, to assist with the management and day to day running of a rural Agricultural Estate, near Huntly, Aberdeenshire.

The Estate mainly comprises let farms and houses, Land-in Hand, forestry, shoot, windfarm, fishing and anything and everything in between. There will also be work to complete on behalf of the Owners which could also lead to varied and interesting tasks which would have to be completed alongside Estate work.

The management decisions will be made by the Owner, but these will be enacted by the Assistant Factor, and they must be able to take information in quickly and thoroughly and be competent putting the theory into action.

Attention to detail will be key and written and verbal skills must be of a high calibre.

The location is rural and therefore a driving licence is vital, no company car is provided but Estate vehicles are available for all work use.
