We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an Events and Partnerships Specialist to join our talented team in Bournemouth. Reporting to our Digital Engagement Manager, you will work collaboratively with colleagues across the Group to support in the delivery of world-class events.

**The Opportunity**

Liaising with our brand partners and ambassadors, you will ensure sponsorship and partnership inventory is leveraged and work with the wider marketing and social teams to ensure that Group wide events generate content to help build brand equity for the Group. You will also be responsible for:

- Assisting the Digital Engagement Manager in planning and delivering content with each of the Group’s partners and sponsors;
- Supporting the delivery of events across the Group and proactively recommending areas to innovate and improve content;
- Ensuring events are well co-ordinated, managed and promoted;
- Working closely with external event organisers to ensure that our opportunity for exposure is maximised;
- Working with the Colleague Engagement Specialist to best promote Hendy Group events internally with colleagues.

**About You**
- Educated to degree level (2:1 or above) ideally in Marketing or a related discipline (e.g. Business Studies).
- Experience of planning and delivering events of various scale, either in an in-house or agency role.
- Experience of building and managing relationships with third parties and partners.
