**About us**

Mutual Vision specialises in delivering core banking and consumer focussed digital banking solutions to Building Societies, specialist banks and other specialist lenders.

Mutual Vision has embarked on an exciting new strategy to transform and grow the business and disrupt the market it serves by creating a Digital Platform / Ecosystem. This entails delivering a range of in-house and third-party products and technologies to its customers and their users as well as developing a community of solution providers.

**Who are we looking for?**
- An experienced Marketing Executive, part time would be considered, who will report directly into the Business Development Director.
- Someone who can play a vital role in our company providing Marketing and Administrative support to ensure that Mutual Vision are well represented in the sector.
- You should demonstrate a sound understanding of the marketing and communications process and be proficient in prioritising and completing tasks and be keen to embrace all elements of the MV culture.

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**:

- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies to deliver against the overall Marketing Plan.
- Management of the Mutual Vision Communications Strategy, including contact management, copy writing and issue.
- Proactively managing all Social Media Accounts.
- Organise and oversee both internal and external Events.
- Ownership of the Mutual Vision website and supporting ongoing updates and development.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer satisfaction.
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-Have**:

- Prior cross functional marketing experience (minimum 2 years)
- Prior experience of event planning and management
- Working knowledge of WordPress website management
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and re-prioritise, and be flexible
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Teams and SharePoint
- Ability to work without supervision on your own initiative
- Clear communicator and positive attitude

**Nice to have**:

- Working knowledge of Canver or alternative design packages
- Working knowledge of Camtasia video creation package
- Financial Services Experience
