**Your role**:
We are seeking a talented Webflow developer to join the website team. As the developer, you will be responsible for translating the design from the UI team into website production. You will also be conducting quality checks / user interface tests. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create visually stunning and highly functional user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience of our products or services.

**Your Team**:
The website team is responsible for any digital communication within the website domain and its linking to external services. The website team is a newly formed team that will be changing the website from its current technology stack to the new system.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional websites using Webflow
- Build custom, dynamic page layouts and components
- Integrate animations and interactions to enhance user experience
- Incorporate forms, calculators, calendars etc using Webflow tools
- Implement site search, navigation, and menus
- Integrate third-party apps and services like payments, chatbots, analytics etc.
- Perform quality assurance testing across devices
- Optimise web performance including speed, scalability and resilience
- Maintain and improve websites by debugging issues and upgrading site architecture
- Document development guidelines, API usage etc for other developer

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Expertise with Webflow platform - interactions, animations, CMS etc
- Strong portfolio showing Webflow or similar web development work
- Excellent understanding of modern frontend web development
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, AJAX etc
- Experience on Webflow/Canva/Figma/Relume.
- Knowledge of accessibility and security best practices
- Experience with Git version control and collaboration tools
- Agile development methodologies
- Strong communication, collaboration and documentation skills
- Ability to understand UI/UX design files and requirements

**Role Details**:
This is a volunteer role reporting to the Head of Website Can be London based or remotely based.
