Supervisor - Butchery

Pak Foods Stores are best known to provide excellent customer service and sell quality products. As a Supervisor, you play a key role in optimising sales and leading a high performing team in a busy supermarket. Pak Foods is currently looking for Supervisors (Retail - Butchery).

**Job Role & Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate butchery sales activities.
- Manage and supervises sales team and manage their work schedules, including determining and recommending staff needs to meet sales targets.
- To provide outstanding Customer Service
- Training team members, giving regular feedback to drive performance
- Reporting of feedbacks, queries, and discrepancies in a timely manner
- Manage Refunds and Exchanges
- Liaising and following instructions from senior management
- Directly supervises and coordinates the activities of sales and related workers
- Liaises with managers and other departments to resolve operational problems.
- Reports as required to managerial staff on sales activities and recommendations.
- Expertise in coordinating a Butchery and handling Meat.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as reasonably required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
