Are you an experienced Team Leader with operational experience and a passion for developing and supporting colleagues? It’s a really exciting time to join us as we continue our Claims transformation journey

We have a couple of opportunities to join us as a Team Leader in our dynamic Claims department. You’ll be expected to drive change within your team and make use of unique coaching styles to lead and inspire a group of 10 to 12 colleagues to be the very best versions of themselves.

The quality of every interaction you and your team have with customers is paramount. You will instil a service culture that enables and empowers your team to go above and beyond every time.

This is a Monday - Friday role on a hybrid basis (split between the office and home) but we may expect you to come into the office daily at the start for any necessary training.

What will you be doing?Ensuring that your team achieves all quality and customer outcomes- Embedding a coaching and performance management culture within your team- Creating the time, space and confidence for your team to go above and beyond for our customers- Ensuring that your team members are all connected with our 4C goals and culture, understanding how the work that they do each day contributes to the bigger picture- Reducing the amount of inbound contact by delivering a high touch case handling approach- Celebrating success and create a winning environment with your team. Rewarding and recognising colleagues for the great work they do- Ultimately, you are accountable for minimising the effort our customers need to use when making a claim

What are we looking for?- Leadership experience in Claims/Insurance is highly beneficial- Track record of building high levels of engagement to deliver exceptional customer and colleague outcomes- Strong leadership and coaching ability- Experience of delivering world beating customer service- Knowledge of motor claims repair and total loss processes would be an advantage but we are happy to support training and development
