HWC Logistics is the logistics and transportation arm of White Stores and Nova. We are a newly incorporated, fast-growing business that facilitates the success and expansion of White Stores in the logistics of the outdoor living retail and wholesale business.

**The Role**
- Day to day responsibility of operations, budgets, project delivery and business strategy
- Continuously analyse warehouse operations to increase efficiency
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Coordinate with other departments, such as buying and sales, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
- Managing the warehouse managers and supporting teams
- Oversee Quality checks, Goods In, Goods Out, Stock Control, Spares and Returns
- To manage and enforce company objectives
- Oversee and implement resource planning include staffing and equipment to meet the needs of the warehouse operations
- Monitor and analyse warehouse performance metrics, such as inventory levels, shipping and receiving times, labour costs to identify area for improvement
- Create reports and presentations for senior management on warehouse operations, performance, and improvements
- Proven experience in warehousing operations management
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software
- Will have a clear understanding of the running and logístical running of a warehouse
- Excellent communication and man management skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Extensive negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
