Contract Type: Full Time 40 hour per week, working any 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis. The shifts will consist of Days, Evenings and Weekends.

**Salary**: £22,000 per year + a bonus scheme that provides an on target annual earnings of £28,000.

**What does the job involve?**
- You will provide a consistent, first-class customer service to ensure the customers have a great customer experience.
- You will provide front of house support by welcoming our customers and providing regular and effective communication.
- You will manage and prepare any customer reimbursements.
- You will settle any sub-let contractual work directly through the accounts department.
- You will maintain accurate records of customer contact using the complaints system and managing outstanding issues that require resolution.
- You will escalate any customer concerns when required.
- You will ensure that job cards are raised correctly, with an accurate description of work/diagnosis required.
- You will ensure that our customers receive regular and accurate updates.
- You will be managing the use of customer loan vehicles, minimising any disruption to our customer and business operation.
- You will ensure that all loan vehicles are inspected before and after a loan.
- You will need to handle any issues with loan cars, in line with company policy, which full training will be provided.
- You will need to be willing to learn the appropriate legislation in relation to selling preloved vehicles, CarShop customer policies and products.
- You will need to ensure that the aftersales journey is adhered to, including pre/post calls, completion of diagnostic videos etc.
- You will ensure that all customer information is handled in line with the company data security policy.

**What skills or experience do you need to join the team?**
- A full valid driving licence is essential.
- You will need excellent customer service skills.
- You will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You will need excellent time management.
- You will need positive "can do" attitude.
- You will have the ability to build positive and long-lasting relationships.
- You will need excellent attention to detail.
