Our Children's Support Workers at Better Healthcare are incredibly happy. Why are they so happy? Because we know what's important and give our staff the recognition they deserve and the support they need.

So, what is important to our Support Workers? We asked them and this is what they said:
1. Making a difference

Our Support Workers love their job and love the fact they make a difference every day. Not everyone gets to feel fulfilled each day at work and that's why working as a Support Worker is such a popular role. Our children and young people team work in some of the best residential homes in the country, surrounded by a lovely team to make a real different to the children and young people that live there. We also work in more complex settings, such as clinical care, emergency placements and supporting children and their families within their own homes.

2. Flexibility

We have part time and full time work available. Mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends - we have positions to suit everyone's lifestyle.

3. Respect

From thank you cards to birthday and Christmas bonuses, competitions to rewards for feedback, helping out, going above and beyond, and generally being amazing - we always say thank you to our Support Workers. We even offer up to £250 when you refer other amazing Support Workers to us

4. Support

Always dreamed of having a great manager, a supportive team and an office that are fun and friendly? We have it all

On top of everything above, here is how we also reward/support our Support Workers:

- Full time or Part time hours available
- Weekly pay
- Free training and certificates
- Flexible working hours - we have a variety of shift patterns to suit your lifestyle
- A team that understands what a healthy work life balance is, and supports you to achieve it
- Lots of different ways to say thank you for going above and beyond
- QCF Diplomas and specialist courses
- Variety of benefits and bonuses including corporate healthcare
