**Job description**

**Overall purpose**

The role-holder will support the operation and continuous improvement of timetable processes within the College, including assisting in the production of a roomed timetable to support the academic offering and the fitting of students to classes.

The role-holder will be expected to ensure that, in all aspects of their work, they operate within, and adhere to, both the University’s regulations and associated requirements and any other relevant requirements.

**Specific duties and responsibilities**
- Support space management across different College sites.
- Assist in the production of student and academic timetables.
- Enter course and module information into timetables.
- Assist with the preparation of data and reports from the timetabling system to support decision-making processes.
- Contribute to regular monitoring and audits of all centrally managed timetables.
- Support the team in ensuring the efficient use of physical and human resources.
- Support the team in the use of the timetabling system (CELCAT) to produce student and academic timetables.
- Support the process to ensure that complete and accurate course and module-based information is held on the Course/Module Offer Databases.
- Reflect changes to course structures made as part timetable adjustments.
- Assist with advising on timetable clashes that may arise if proposed changes to time-slots take place.
- Ensure business continuity, service delivery and ongoing continuous improvement during intake/semester transitions.
- Have a strong commitment to working cooperatively with colleagues; valuing the contribution of others and sharing knowledge and expertise.
- Undertake other duties of a reasonable nature, as may be determined by the role-holders’ supervisor from time to time, in consultation with the role-holder.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- London, WC1R 4BH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
