As a Webchat Adviser you would be responsible for identifying customer needs and determining appropriate actions for resolution, delivering commercial KPI’s within our partner stores and increasing our digital presence. Approaching every interaction with customers as an opportunity to increase revenue and customer experience, using solution based selling and offering products and services that meet the customers needs. Retaining and growing our customer base.

**Salary**: From £9.50 per hour

**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
