The Director of a Quantity Surveying Consultancy based in London is now seeking a friendly and ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to join the team.

**The Associate Quantity Surveyor role**

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will be joining a close-knit Quantity Surveying Consultancy, specialising within the high-end and prime residential markets.

As the new Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will act as a role model and support the team on services including survey reports, schedules of work, design & specification, budget estimating, cost reporting and contract administration.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor will ideally be a personable and client-facing individual looking for a long-term career opportunity with the ambition to progress to Director.

- Experience within the residential sector
- Consultancy background
- Pre & post contract experience
- MRICS ideally
- Full UK Driving License
