**Summary**:
We are looking for Contentious Trusts & Probate Lawyers to join our Dispute Resolution Team. Our client ranks in the Top 3 law firms nationally in this area, so it's a great opportunity for those with prior experience. This position plays an integral roleto the wider Dispute Resolution department and the main purpose of the position is to offer an excellent service to clients and provide accurate legal guidance on a broad range of matters and assisting with the future development of the department.

**Duties**:
Advising beneficiaries, executors, and trustees as well as claimants and defendants in court proceedings relating to disputes wills, probate or trusts

Ensure compliance with SRA, Lexcel, Law Society Quality Scheme standards, SARs and accounting requirements.

They have experience and in-depth knowledge of Court Protection matters and proceedings under Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996.

They will be able to work under pressure and prioritise work to meet deadlines and understand the importance of excellent administrative skills, planning and organisation.

Overall being passionate about giving outstanding client care to clients and referrals. Continuously being pro-active and self-motivated.
