As our **Social Media & Video Content Editor**, you'll be at the forefront of crafting engaging content that captivates audiences across all digital platforms. From TikTok to LinkedIn, you'll masterfully curate content schedules, lead content capture sessions with key stakeholders, and expertly edit video and imagery to perfection. Your keen eye for detail and flair for creativity will shine as you optimise content for maximum engagement and views. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days working onsite in our Central London office.

Key responsibilities include:

- Manage all social media platforms for Merlin Entertainments, driving forward our content strategy
- Coordinate content capture sessions with senior stakeholders, from planning to post-shoot editing
- Edit video and imagery content, tailoring each piece for relevant platforms
- Provide regular reports on digital channel performance, with actionable insights for improvement
- Collaborate closely with the corporate communications team to align content with Merlin's brand voice and vision

Qualifications & Experience:

- Expertise in social media management platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook
- Proficiency in content editing apps and software like CapCut and Canva
- Experience with digital content management systems, preferably MS Umbraco
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders, third parties, and agencies
- Motivation and initiative to work independently, coupled with a keen eye for branding and tone of voice
