**Location: Twickenham (hybrid working available after successful completion of probationary period)**

**Salary: DOE + Great benefit package**

**Hours: Mon-Fri 8.15am - 17.00pm**

If so, I have a great opportunity within my clients’ commercial claims team based out of their offices in Twickenham.

You will already have a proven background in motor claims handling, accidental damage, theft losses and third-party recoveries and enjoy working in a busy and dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing your own portfolio of claims from start to finish.
- Liasing with insurers, recovery agents and accident management companies.
- Take notification from clients, setting up new claims and determining the right course of action.
- Co-ordinate and provide support to clients.
- Negotiating with insurers.
- Keeping clients informed during the claims process.
- Managing and collating claims data.
- Updating the CRM system accurately.
- Proven background within motor claims handling from start to resolution.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Great IT skills inclusive of Word and Excel, and in-house databases.
- Ability to build strong business relationships.
- Great negotiation skills.
- Accuracy with great attention to detail.
