An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join a market-leading telecommunications company, to join a growing project management team. As a member of the Project Management Department, you will support the Project Managers paying particular attention tothe administration and coordination of projects. The role requires you to liaise with customers with an understanding of the projects from both the client and business perspective. You will need to work with the Project Managers to meet challenging deadlines.
**Key responsibilities & Activities**:
Support the Project Managers with the administrative processes and client management tasks
Creation and distribution of meeting Agendas and minutes
Assist with the creation and execution of User Acceptance Test (UAT) scripts, ensuring the quality of the product meets customer expectations.
Updating and monitoring RAID logs
Assist with development scheduling
To be involved with project related document creation
Assist with communications management
Liaise with customers
Assistance with project reporting
Be involved with project release documentation
Assist with chasing for updates
Work with the PM to meet demanding deadlines
**Essential Skills**
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure
