**Part-time Bookkeeper**
General Accounts Duties:
**MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE OF SAGE 50 ACCOUNTS AND PAYROLL**
Duties include all aspects of accounts including credit control, payroll, pensions VAT returns and general administration.
- Working through bank statements and posting of all credits / debits accordingly
- General duties including filing and data inputting
- Processing Purchase Orders
- Invoicing
- Updating of Purchase Ledger
- Dealing with general accounts queries from customer and suppliers.
- Keeping all client information up to date and current
- Collating purchase invoices from various suppliers
- Reconciliation of Bank Account
- Chasing Statements
- Supplier Payments
- Age Debt
- Prepare and submit self-assessment tax form for Director
- Preparing End of Year Accounts for company accountant
- Complete Payroll Duties including operating the company pension scheme, monthly payroll processing, dealing with new starters/leavers and uploading reports to HMRC
- Sage 50 Accounts and Sage Payroll experience essential
- Processing end of year accounts, not essential but desirable.
Required for 8 hours per week, 10 am - 2 pm on Tuesday and Friday.
**Salary**
- Salary will be negotiable, dependent on knowledge and experience
