ARCA Resourcing is exclusively partnered with a well-established global manufacturing organisation seeking to hire a Head of Operations in North America. Reporting to the Global Operations Director, the Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing and growing the North American manufacturing footprint by establishing a network of key suppliers and developing our capabilities to meet the needs ofthe North American markets. The role will cover production, supply chain, and planning for the North American facility.

**Key duties include but will not be limited to**:

- Accountable for inventory onsite, ensuring materials availability to allow manufacturing to meet customer requirements.
- Develop planning and management tools to streamline the customer experience.
- Lead operations improvement projects to grow site capabilities.
- Develop the Supply Chain for key components, assemblies and commodities.
- Provide mentoring and leadership to operations and supply chain team members.
- Report on North American operations performance to the global business leadership
- Determine staffing requirements to manage North American team.
- Address operational issues and concerns in a timely manner
- Develop a 'customer first’ team capable of exceeding market delivery expectations while controlling operational costs.
