Mobile Handyperson

**Maintenance Handyperson - Permanent Role - working between Taunton and Exeter**
- £14.20ph Mon to Fri - Days
- Van and fuel card provided plus tools and equipment
- Van can be taken home very evening
- Taunton and Exeter

**Purpose of role**:
Working between Taunton and Exeter carrying out planned and reactive repair work such as basic plumbing, fixing doors and windows, basic electrical (wiring a plug/changing a lightbulb), changing locks and other straightforward maintenance and repair work.

**Permanent job**

**All applicants must have the following**:

- A full UK driving licence -**ESSENTIAL**:

- Very good experience of maintenance and repair work in buildings
- Willingness to work in a mobile role between Taunton and Exeter

**£14.20 ph including van, fuel card -plus all tools and equipment provided for you**
