We are working with one of the UK's leading independently, family owned organisations on their search for a **Clinical Lead** based in**Lowestoft, Suffolk**

This is a lovely home, registered for 65 residents and providing exceptional residential, nursing and dementia care based in the heart of**Lowestoft, Suffolk.**

As the Clinical Lead at this home you would be responsible for ensuring outstanding clinical care is provided to all residents. With strong clinical knowledge and established people management and leadership skills - under your direction the best possiblecare, person centred, will be delivered to our residents.

**Its important that you have**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective time management skills, including scheduling staff shift patterns and arranging cover
- Leadership skills and the ability to provide support and guidance for team members
- Excellent problem-solving skills

**Essentially you will also be**:

- NMC Registered/UK Pin No
- An experienced clinical lead
- Experienced of working to CQC standards
