As Quality Assurance Project Facilitator, the post holder will have high levels of energy & enthusiasm, be able to deliver high quality standard, ad-hoc information and have the necessary sills to review and interpret data, supporting the improvement of clinical outcomes and delivering against performance targets.

Develop systems to ensure data accuracy and credibility in the information that is presented through
- Identifying, collecting, and migrating data to and from a range of systems.
- Managing, cleansing, abstracting and aggregating data alongside a range of analytical studies.
- Manipulating and linking different data sets.
- Summarise and present data and conclusions in the most appropriate format for stakeholders.

The post holder will support the delivery of the Quality Assurance Programme through the management of component workstreams. Working closely with other members of the Quality Assurance Team, the post holder will be responsible for leading on one (or more) of the following workstreams areas:
- CQC Incident Reporting and Engagement
- CQC Preparedness
- CQUIN Schedule
- SSQD - Policies and Guidelines
- NCEPOD
- NIPAG
- NICE Guidelines

- Facilitate the implementation of Quality Initiatives within the Trust and CMG’s, which will involve communicating with staff within the trust of all levels, i.e Clinical staff, senior managers and Commissioners.
- Communicate with differing staff groups about complex multi-stranded information, utilising developed communication skills to persuade of the importance of the Quality Commitment.
- Develop, Deliver and maintain existing performance reports, both internally, to the Clinical Management Groups, Executive Quality and Performance Board and externally to partner organisations and the Commissioners in order to ensure delivery against both national and local targets, and high level performance indicators.
- Liaise with Deputy Head of Outcomes & Effectiveness and all other necessary information and analytical staff to ensure statistical interpretation and analysis is consistent and interpreted correctly.
- Submit and monitor the key performance indicators for specialised services via the specialised services quality dashboard (SSQD). Follow up on actions and risk assessments where not compliant, providing feedback and guidance on service actions required.
- Support the senior CMG team with their annual self-declaration submissions via the QSIS national submission portal, following up on actions and risk assessments where not compliant.
- Introduce, adapt and improve information systems and processes, where necessary, in order to realise solutions and service improvements for new data collection and reporting.
- Assist in the induction of new staff. Monitor the development of staff providing supervision and advice as required. Annually complete Professional Development and Review interviews if required to assist.
- Produce and submit regular information to fulfil Trust Quality Schedule requirements e.g. timely discharge letters etc. Ensure central returns and reports are compared with previous submissions with large changes being effectively investigated, audited and corrected prior to initial submission and resolving any queries as necessary.
- Develop and provide key internal reports to Clinical and Corporate Directorates that facilitates achievement of the CQC Key Lines of Enquiry.
