**Your day-to-day.**
- To support the daily operation of the Leisure and Activities departments and lead and motivate your team
- To follow standard policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and a great experience
- To carry out additional training with the team to ensure high standards are maintained
- Supporting the department management team in driving the success of the department against all targets.
