**Basic salary of £38,000 and a 'Realistic OTE of £45,000’**

**Full time, Permanent Position**

We have an opportunity for an LGV Driver to join the transport department in our Slough Depot.

You’ll be delivering great food and other catering products to customers across the region.

Our vehicles are all kitted out with the latest tech, including telematics, but you’ll have to use plenty of initiative to find the drop off points. Once there, you’ll be delivering the goods often straight to the chefs and managers who make the orders -so building up a good rapport with them is important.

You’ll be transferring the goods from your lorry to the customers on cages, pallets and sack truck. Some orders can be large, so it’s a job with a real physical element.

**Working Hours**:
Monday - Friday (Predominantly). This role will cover 5 days out of 7. This means that you will work some Saturdays, but not all.

Overtime is also available.

We’ll provide all the training you need on our systems, vehicles and kit, and a chance to learn with a buddy driver before you begin.

**A bit about you**:

- You’ll be efficient and organised.
- Personality is key. You’ll interact with the customers at every drop off.
- You need to be able to move heavy cages and pallets.

Health and safety is our top priority and so we will ensure you’ll have all the latest training and PPE.

**Qualifications**:
You need a category C LGV License.

You’ll also have your digital tachograph driver card and your Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC).

We’ll pay for ongoing CPC development.
