**Job Description**:
**Print Operator - Flexographic Printing Press**

**Location: Dudley**

**, Permanent**

**Salary: £13.50 - 14 p/h**

**Hours: flexible hours, can accommodate days and night (higher pay on nights)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate Flexographic Printing Presses to produce high-quality printed materials.- Prepare the printing plates and make sure the inks and other materials are loaded properly.- Adjust and monitor the printing process to ensure the print quality is consistent throughout the production run.- Manage films / inks / plate’s inventory and other materials in an efficient manner minimising waste and maximising re-use where quality requirements can be met.- Troubleshoot any technical problems that arise during the printing process, such as ink or registration issues.- Perform regular maintenance on the machines to ensure they are in good working condition.- Keep accurate records of production output and other key metrics.**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in operating Flexographic Printing Presses together with plate mounting and inks mixing / colour matching techniques- Strong technical skills and knowledge of printing processes and materials.- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.- Attention to detail and the ability to identify and troubleshoot technical problems.- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.- Flexibility to work on different shifts and overtime when needed.If you meet the requirements and are interested in this position, please submit your CV for consideration.
