**Job Summary**:
Are you ready to play a vital role in keeping our production teams running smoothly? As a Picker Packer Operative, you'll be responsible for ensuring our manufacturing processes are seamless by providing building materials promptly. Additionally, you'll assist our warehouse team in packing our CCTV products for dispatch. This dynamic position offers a hybrid of responsibilities, allowing you to engage in various tasks to support our operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Cut wires, sleeving, etc., according to current BOMs and instructions.
- Utilise and programme provided machinery to fulfil duties efficiently.
- Ensure regular calibration of machinery and tools.
- Work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
- Minimise product waste during production tasks.
- Conduct stock checks and follow picklists accurately.
- Identify stock locations within the warehouse.
- Pack goods efficiently for shipment.
- Maintain clean and organised work areas daily.
- Adhere to company procedures and processes.
- Follow TVG's Health and Safety Policy diligently.
- Pursue personal development to enhance role performance.

**Qualifications or Relevant Experience**:
- No prior experience necessary, but previous production/manufacturing roles are advantageous.
- Experience working with picklists and BOMs is beneficial.
