As part of a direct sales omni-channel offering, prospects and customers still want to talk to people even in a highly digital world. This role will ensure to put the human element into the online sales process

**Role Objectives**
- Process enquiries and turn interest into sales.
- Providing personalised experiences for each customer by answering queries, displaying expert knowledge and passion for the brand.
- Understanding customer needs and offering personalised solutions to help transition a prospect to a customer.
- Upselling to customers by outlining products, packs, and merchandise.
- Facilitating the purchase experience by supporting the customer along the journey.

**Knowledge**
- Experience in a progressive, customer orientated environment such as luxury retail and hospitality, events, teaching and experience-based roles
- Experience of working in Automotive is not essential, just a desire to provide the very best
- customer service and open to learn on the job.
- Knowledge of what is required to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Knowledge of customer buying behaviour and what influences them.
- Adaptable and understanding of new ways of working.
