An opportunity to work with young people aged 17 to 18 has arisen in our CAMHS transitions team. The team focus specifically on supporting this age group in preparing for post 18 adulthood and moving on from CAMHS.

You will work closely with the young person and sometimes their family, collaboratively agreeing the most appropriate support and interventions in preparation for their 18th birthday and beyond. You will work closely with adult mental health services and third sector organisations gaining a good understanding of thresholds, remits and what they can offer young people so that you can make appropriate onward referrals. Leeds CAMHS offers loads of opportunities specialising in different teams and you will get the opportunity to touch base with all of them, gaining a great understanding of what CAMHS has to offer across the board.

**Relocation**

Please note from Autumn 2023 the Leeds community healthcare trust headquarters currently located in Stockdale House 8 Victoria Road, LS6 1PF will relocate to White Rose Office Park, Building 3, Leeds, LS11 0LT.
