In this role, you will join our HR team to learn the specifics of working in Human Resources. As part of a global company, we have a wide range of specialist roles, including but not limited to Consulting, Finance, Corporate Travel, Marketing, Projects, Sales & Technology, among others. With offices around the globe, who knows where this first step could lead you?

**A snapshot of this opportunity**
- Gain general HR knowledge by education and experience
- Provide a streamlined service to the business with regard to all HR-related administrative tasks and more
- You'll be part of a successful team and will be coached by a People & Culture Manager
- You will be responsible for maintaining full knowledge of all the Company’s People & Culture policies
- You will learn how to respond to questions from employees and managers
- You will gain basic knowledge of HR regulations that impact your daily duties
- You'll develop practical, operational knowledge and skills in HR administration matters
- You'll learn to produce reports to support data analysis and measurement for the People & Culture team and help with employee engagement
- Maintain spreadsheet trackers and help with upcoming projects and initiatives
- Maintain accurate records for staff using the HR system and other relevant resources
- You will learn how to post a position and organize departmental events or meeting
- Maintain contact with managers to determine staffing needs
- Understand the Company benefits and help with bi-annual enrolment periods
- Assist the People & Culture Manager with any administrative requirements
- Point of contact for employee queries by monitoring the general People & Cutlure inbox

**How you can set yourself apart**
- Good spoken and written communication skills to communicate professionally
- Well versed in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- You are prompt and detail oriented
- GCSE qualification in English and Math’s, grade 4 or above as well as an interest in worldwide Geography
- Availability for 24 Months - to commit to the full training program
