Food and Beverage Assistant

Overview of the role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team here at JCB Hospitality - in our VIP Experience Centre. The role is a full-time position working 39 hours per week, predominately based at JCB World Headquarters, however, the role does include some off-site work at our events.

Your Responsibilities as a Food and Beverage Assistant:

- Working predominately Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am - 4:30pm, with the occasional evening event and weekend shift.
- Serving food and beverages to both our internal VIP and external VIP guests.
- Working at our off-site venues to deliver food and beverages.
- Assisting with keeping a clean dining room, and area as required.
- Assisting in the kitchen where needed with some basic preparation work.
- Washing up, polishing crockery and setting dining room for service.

About you:

- Have a can-do attitude, understanding and working to brand-standards.
- Like cleanliness and organisation on shift, you understand that preparation is the key to a smooth shift.
- Be flexible to the working needs of the business, hours etc.
- Embrace working as part of a team but have the ability to work alone if needed.
- You will have a desire to improve your skill set and learn new skills which will aid your role.
- Be smartly dressed, with a high standard of personal hygiene. Uniform will be supplied for this role.
- General food and hygiene knowledge would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given.
- A driving license would be an advantage but not essential.
