Construction Laborer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools as needed
- Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact soil
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete
- Install and remove temporary structures
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

**Skills**:

- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Knowledge of basic construction tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Effective communication skills to work as part of a team

Note: This is a paid position.

Pay: £10.00-£12.00 per hour

- Driving Licence (preferred)
