Customer Service Team Leader duties:

- Responsilbe for the organisation and co-ordination of the day to day duties
- Work alonside your team of Customer Service team to provide the highest level of service
- Ensure staff are all fully inducted prior to start
- Complete customer surveys, consultations, exit surveys, & provide feedback on services
- Challenge current methods of service and delivery
- Ability to critically analyse information and monitor performance
- Prepare weekly reports for management
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Good organisational skills
- Good communication skills
