An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent, employed (PAYE) Enforcement Agent to cover Taunton, Tiverton and other nearby surrounding areas. This role offers a chance to be out and about, meeting people from all walks of life, with no 2 days ever the same We offer a basic salary with unlimited bonus, flexible working hours and job security.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and organising your own workload
- Visiting residential and commercial properties to negotiate and collect the full outstanding debt
- Establishing financial circumstances and capturing key employment/income details
- Where the debt cannot be paid, organising and supervising the removal of goods

Essential Skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Flexibility with working hours

Desirable Previous Experience
- Experience in the debt collection / enforcement industry
- Experience of working in a target driven role
- Law enforcement experience
- Military experience
- Field based / lone working experience

Jacobs provide an extensive training programme and new recruits will gain a recognised industry qualification therefore previous experience is desirable but not essential.
All new recruits are assigned a dedicated mentor in the field who will offer ongoing support and guidance throughout the initial training period and thereafter.
Salary & Benefits
- £20,001.80 basic salary with potential to earn £50,000 OTE
- Monthly unlimited performance-related bonuses
