2023-09-28Our client is a boutique firm, based in West Sussex and highly renowned for their high-quality legal practice and development of their own AI driven legal software. The firm are undergoing an exciting growth trajectory to significantly increase the firm’s headcount and teams, to develop a full-service offering and expand their offices to London.

The family department offers highly skilled advice in divorce, financial remedy proceedings, cohabitation agreements, pre and post nuptial agreements, private law children proceedings and domestic abuse. Within this challenging role and a collaborative team, you will advise and support high net worth clients, engage in business development and marketing activities, to promote the firm and engage in their growth plans.

Ideally, you will have 5+ years PQE as a senior associate/8+ years PQE as a partner, in a strong family practice, specialising in private law matters with a commercially minded approach to aid expansion of the firm’s family department. As such, the challenging role will offer a strong remuneration package and a “you choose” hybrid working policy as well as discussions around which offers fully remote working for those based outside the region.
