This is a permanent hybrid position, based in Old Street, Central London, paying £22.5k per annum + Commission.
In your first year, while setting yourself up we expect in year 1, you'll realistically take home £30-35k per annum. In year 2-3 you're looking at a take home of around up to £55k and £73k respectively.
**The Role**:
OK let’s be honest, at 11 years old we don't tell our parents, when I grow up I want to be a recruiter...... A lot of recruiters fall into the profession, through recommendation, knowing a friend that went into recruitment, and then go on to have long, successfulcareers in what is an incredibly underrated profession.

And yes, there are sales elements to the role, but the rewards come in many ways. The real buzz for me after 20 years in this profession, is still placing amazing people into new roles, people you can work with through recruitment cycles that can last afew months on occasions, and the relationships you develop along the way. There's no better feeling than getting someone their dream next job.

If you're interested in the world of Digital / Tech, perhaps have studied something connected but are not sure of what route to take, this could be for you. We're looking for 3 individuals and we will train from scratch, and continue to develop you overthe coming months and years.

The role itself is varied, and requires people with a real mix of skills. You will research heavily, identifying top talent within leading scale-ups and global brands, make discreet reach outs presenting key information about our clients from their products/propositions, the culture of the business and career opportunities on offer, flexi working arrangements etc. Gaining a detailed understanding of individuals key skills, drivers and career objectives and then lead them through the recruitment process.

In time you will bring in your own clients, no hard sell, but through the service levels you provide and knowledge you gain, relationships are developed. The ability to build relationships is key. If you are inquisitive, driven, organised, build rapportwith ease and ideally be interested in the world of Digital / Tech then recruitment could be a great career path for you.
