**Position**: Customer Service Representative

**Location**: Haydock

The Customer Service Representative will work with our customers to ensure their orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner. This position is responsible for contacting customers to confirm orders, answer questions, and resolve any issues that may arise from third-party vendors. The Customer Service Representative will also be able to answer customer service inquiries in a timely manner and communicate effectively with other team members.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
- Services**:Customer service representative duties include responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests for services; processing orders for delivery; communicating with third-party vendors; entering information into the company’s databases. Other duties include organizing office supplies, cleaning office equipment, etc.**

Skills & Qualifications:

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required. College degree preferred.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Haydock, WA11 9UA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
