In this busy yet rewarding role, you’ll be responsible for a varied and complex portfolio of private client work, including LPA’s, wills, estate administration, creation of trusts and tax planning matters. Given the senior nature of the role, you will be a ‘go to’ person and role model in leading the team, sharing best practice and supporting the professional development of others (alongside your own CPD). You will also be expected to get involved in various business development and marketing activities.

As well as being technically very proficient, with a good sense of judgment, resulting from several years’ post-qualified experience in handling complex private client matters, you will be very much a team player with the ability to inspire and build effective relations with others. Possessing excellent communication skills and focused on delivering client service excellence, you will be highly motivated and able to manage multiple deadline-driven tasks. Commercially aware, you will be confident engaging with others and enjoy promoting the firm brand. STEP qualification would be desirable but not essential.

Their well-established, secure client base rely on them to provide a range of ‘full service’ disciplines spanning private client to corporate/commercial. With over 200 partners and staff, they are a good size to make a real difference.

Their Private Client division totals over 40 fee earners and support staff. In Bromsgrove, you’ll head a team of five in providing a range of services so the ability to work well with others on a variety of matters is crucial. The team is well recognised in the Legal 500 and continues to prosper having recorded a record financial year last year, growth of the team and taking on high net worth clients and work in all specialist areas.
