Fee Earner with Housing Disrepair Experience

**Location**: Manchester

We are currently looking for an experienced Fee Earner to join our team and make a difference in the lives of those affected by housing disrepair.

**Position Overview**:
Are you a passionate and knowledgeable Fee Earner with expertise in housing disrepair cases? Are you ready to take your career to the next level and join a dynamic and supportive team? If so, we want to hear from you you will play a pivotal role in helping tenants.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a caseload of housing disrepair cases from start to finish.
- Conduct initial client consultations and provide expert legal advice.
- Draft legal documents, including claims and pleadings.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court when necessary.
- Keep up-to-date with relevant legislation and case law.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
- Work closely with our legal team to ensure the successful resolution of cases.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Fee Earner in housing disrepair cases, with a track record of successful outcomes.
- A strong understanding of relevant housing disrepair laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively and efficiently.
- Confidence in representing clients in court if required.
- An empathetic and client-focused approach.
- A commitment to delivering the highest standard of service to clients.
- Legal qualifications and relevant certifications are a plus but not required.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
