With a strong team-focused approach, the company excels in producing videos for the latest gaming programmes and engaging a vast audience across its multiple YouTube channels. The primary channels “Slogo" and "SLG” have a subscriber base of over 11.6 million and have amassed 8.6 billion views.

As a Creative Assistant for, you will play a vital role in capturing current trends and viral content to engage and excite our viewers. Your main objective will be to develop innovative ideas that follow trends and that have never been explored before, contributing to the growth and success of the SLG project.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the team to explore inspiration from other channels, utilizing analytical data to guide content decisions.
- Develop comprehensive video ideas, including titles, thumbnail concepts, and detailed theme/recording outlines.
- Analyze data to identify content performance trends, pinpointing areas for improvement and reporting on drops in retention.
- Keep up to date with trends from reaction content from Social Media platforms like TikTok and YouTube.
- Conduct thorough research on content topics when required, providing valuable insights.

- Contribute creatively to other projects within the wider team, offering valuable input and ideas.

You will be working closely with a dynamic team, including a Video Editor, Junior Video Editor, and Graphic Designer, producing a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
