Trainee Claims Administrator sought to join our friendly team of administrators.

Job role activities include processing incoming telephone calls, booking and arranging appointments, and general administrative duties.

For those more experienced, and interested in a career with insurance claims handling, we also deliver training on processing insurance claims. adhering to set policy and procedure guidelines.
- Experience in working in an office environment
- Excellent keyboard/PC skills.
- Must have a pleasant telephone manner and an ability to communicate both

verbally and in writing.
- Must be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.

Full training of all job-related tasks shall be provided.

Hours of work are 0830-1700 Monday to Friday with 1/2 hour lunch break. (Also rotational 3pm finish one day per week with no deduction to pay).

Holidays are 25 days per year along with 3 additional public holidays over the festive period.

Salary will be dependent on age and experience.

Staff Auto Enrolment Pension Scheme is also in place.

NOTE: This position will be based in Dalmarnock until March/April when the office will relocate to Bridgeton, Unit 94a David Street, G40 2UH. (Approx 5-mins drive from current location).
