Kenneth Brian Associates are seeking an enthusiastic, confident Administrator for one month for a client of ours based in Chessington. Whilst this is 1 month initially if the person gets on well, this could be extended or become permanent.

Duties will include:

- Answering the phones, dealing with enquires and transferring as required
- Filing, scanning and and data entry needed
- Covering for members who are off on holiday and mucking in where necessary
- A Graduate or school leaver looking for an entry level office based role to gain some experience would be ideal
- Must be educated to GCSE standard minimum with C's in Maths and English
- Confident communicator with a friendly, warm manner
- Problem solver and able to work off own initiative

The position will be for 1 month and is to start asap, hourly rate is £11-12.50p/h plus holiday.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
