**Job Summary**

Join Moog Aircraft Group, a global leader in aerospace solutions, as an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Administrator. The incumbent will provide administrative support to enable the EHS team to maintain an effective management systems on site. The incumbent will proactively promote EHS throughout the Company and will support the administration of key IT information systems including SharePoint, incident reporting, risk assessment and document storage systems. This role will support all relevant EHS meetings in taking and distributing minutes and following up actions as required. This role will also provide cover for our reception during periods of absence or holiday.

**Responsibilities Include**

Maintain, support, test and publish EHS Policies and Procedures.

Support and administer the process for Incident Reporting, Investigation and monitoring

Administer and co-ordinate the Site Health Surveillance Programme.

Co-ordinate and support delivery and attendance of EHS training courses

Administration and support of the site EHS action tracker, Site EHS risk register, and associated metrics.

Update and Maintain the EHS SharePoint site and administer EHS software systems and relevant document libraries.

Attend all relevant EHS meetings, take and distribute minutes/notes and track actions to close.

Provide cover for absence and holidays for our main reception as required.

**Skills and Experience**

**Essential**

Excellent computing skills Excel, Word, PowerPoint. OneNote

Good planning and communication skills - both written and verbal

Good organizational skills with process-oriented work methods and good typing skills

Ability to work with all levels in the organisation supporting and facilitating all EHS processes and initiatives

**Desirable**

Understanding of applicable Environmental, Health and Safety legislation

Understanding and experience of working in engineering/manufacturing environments
