Two Surrey based businesses are looking for a part-time personal assistant to help a husband and wife in their Event Management and Real Estate companies.

We are looking for an excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail. Proactivity, taking ownership to deliver tasks and a self-starter are the key skills needed for this role. Both businesses are in the start-up phase and therefore speed of implementation and accuracy of delivery is key.

We are looking for a kind, fun and confident person to join our small and close-knit team.

**Generally**
- Part-time 30 hours per week, but may be opportunity to increase to full time in the future
- Prorata 25 days paid holiday and UK Bank Holidays (c17 days)
- Plus a 10% discretionary bonus
- 3% pension contribution
- Work from our office and/or house located in Oxshott plus work from home one day per week
- Need to have a full driving license with access to a car and be fully vaccinated

**Events Company - 40%**
- Supporting and working closely with the female MD
- Proactive diary management including actively walking the diary to make sure the right information and time has been allowed
- Booking travel
- Quick and accurate communication via WhatsApp - written and voice notes
- Supporting the curation of bespoke and beautiful private and corporate events
- Liaising with clients and suppliers and assisting other events staff with logistics
- Assisting with drafting events documentation including schedules/events information
- Expenses
- Some ad-hoc venue visits with MD and/or other events staff.
- Possibly some evening/weekend working when we have events

**Real Estate Company - 40%**
- Supporting and working closely with the male MD
- Proactive diary management including actively walking the diary to make sure the right information and time has been allowed
- Quick and accurate communication via WhatsApp - written and voice notes
- Property management inc. guest management, booking in cleaners and trades people
- Development project coordination to maintain oversight and manage actions, follow-ups and reminders
- Work with MD to documenting the systemising of the business, including processes and workflows
- Project research and due diligence assistance
- Proactively progressing enquiries and information requests
- Attendance on calls including minuite taking
- Work with various project and business consultants including project managers, architects, surveyors, accountants, bookkeepers, social media consultant and website developer
- Expenses, raising invoices through Xero and credit control
- Possibly a bit of adhoc evening/weekend working when we have check-ins/out

**Lifestyle PA - 20%**
- Diary management/coordination of family appointments including children
- Personal lifestyle admin, such as holiday, doctors, shopping, etc
- Operational/administrative support as needed

**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**:

- Minimum of three years experience in either personal and/or professional PA role
- Solutions-oriented and self-starter who can think on their feet
- Have a robust and personal initiative with the ability to take ownership of tasks
- Ability to deliver solutions under mínimal guidance
- Qualifications: A-level or higher education with good communication skills and attention to detail

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £27,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
