**Established almost 50 years ago, John Charcol is an award winning, whole of market mortgage broker. Our main offices are in the centre of London and Southampton with regional brokers and offices based throughout the UK**_**.**_

As an experienced Protection Adviser, you will report directly to the Sales Manager where you will contact clients to provide professional advice and quotations on protection insurance contracts.

**Key accountabilities and skills**:

- Ensure contact with client is conducted in a professional and compliant manner.
- Work with a team of Mortgage Advisers who will provide leads.
- Work towards sales targets.
- Demonstrate excellent conduct risk behaviours by placing the customer’s best interest at the heart of everything you do and recommend improvements where possible.
- Contribute through actions and behaviour to ensure the culture of the whole company reflects this.
- Knowledge of leading protection insurance contracts.
- Customer focused with strong Relationship building skills.
- Organised with good attention to detail.
- Competent levels of Microsoft Office and IT systems skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £29,500.00 per year
