School Transport Drivers

**DRIVERS REQUIRED FOR HOME TO SCHOOL TRANSPORT**

**YOU WILL NEED TO**:

- Have a valid UK Driving Licence
- Pass a Group 2 Medical
- Undertake a (DBS) Criminal Record Check
- Ensure vehicle is kept in a safe & convenient location
- Be able to drive a company supplied vehicle which ranges from cars, eight-seater people carriers and larger wheelchair accessible vehicles (all can be driven on a car licence)
- Be 25 Years and over
- UK Resident

School Transport Drivers perform a valuable role in the Community, transporting children and young adults to and from school and educational centres. This is a highly rewarding role; our drivers are our lifeline for families across the UK

The 24x7 Group is one of the largest independently run companies in the UK, transporting over 4,000 children a day, delivering contracted special needs education transport for Local Authorities

**YOUR ROLE**
- Transport special needs (SEN) or vulnerable children and adults to and from school, college, or day care centres
- To work in an effective, safe, flexible manner and support the operation of the Company
- To quickly establish positive and professional relationships with passengers, their carers / parents, and the key people at the establishments they attend.
