KOR Digital is a small digital marketing agency for Hair and Beauty Businesses.

Our clients range from some huge names in the industry to salons and even solo stylists. And services our services vary quite dramatically based on the needs of our clients. Our key focus is on websites and social ads.

**Job Purpose**:
KOR Digital has grown in terms of volume of work and personnel, but we know there is potential to grow the company further, so we’re looking for a business admin who quietly goes about their business of making the business owners’ life easier.

You’ll will be the go-to admin point for both the business owner, team members and clients and clients.

You’ll know exactly where things can be found and have a bit of a track record of getting people organised - in a non-judgmental and not bossy way

Experience of the hair and beauty industry would be a massive bonus, but certainly isn’t essential.

We like to go the extra mile for our clients, so we’re looking for someone who never does the bare minimum.

This role is remote, but during your onboarding you will be required to work with the business owner in Twickenham, south-west London for 4 hours a week (this will last as long as required to enable you to do the job confidently).

After that, we'll find a balance between online and face-to-face that works for everyone involved and especially the business.

**Main Responsibilities and Tasks**:

- Set up and managing templates that look great and in keeping with the business branding.
- Use templates to send quotes, onboarding documents and invoices.
- Managing the workflow of the team members so client tasks are allocated properly and that everyone has what they need, when they need it.
- Weekly call with the business owner.
- Keep business owner aware of any issues or concerns from clients.
- Being a sounding board to the business owner who can help the business to develop and grow.

**Skills and Experience**

This is a flexible part-time role, so you are likely to have other commitments. That doesn’t mean you won’t be committed to this role though

Perhaps you are returning to work after a career break, or maybe you’re looking for a job you can fit in around children. Either way, you’ll be a self-starter who is an absolute star at just getting things done.
- You’ll be competent using the Dropbox, Gmail and Google Drive and Trello, but we’re open-minded so if you have suggestions for a better way to work (and can make that happen) we’re all ears
- You’ll be tech savvy and not scared of jumping into platforms like Wix, Wordpress or Mailchimp where required.
- Able to manage upwards and focus the business owner where needed - she can get easily distracted
- You’re solutions-orientated and ready to use your initiative. The kind of person that comes to a meeting with answers or options rather than issues.
- Be confident to make recommendations and advise on how to streamline and improve things.
- Behaviours: friendly, kind and likable. Hair and beauty pros like to chat, so you’ll need to be happy making conversation.
- Flexible: You’ll be keen to take on projects as and when needed and can behave proactively to make them happen.

**The Hours and Salary**:
Initially we are looking for someone to work 10 hours per week, ideally made up of a Monday 4 hours (must-have), Wednesday and Friday (3 hours each) - although there is flexibility on this to make it work for the right person and the business.

Salary up to £15 per hour based on skills and experience
