Sellick partnership are currently assisting in the recruitment of a CCTV operator for a social housing organisation.

The role involves working in their control room, monitoring CCTV across the organisations' patch.

**Duties of the CCTV operator**:

- Monitor and review CCTV and associated security equipment, and attend relevant refresher training when required, and report any malfunction of CCTV and security equipment via the appropriate channels being accountable for the resolution of the issues.
- Responsibility to ensure all duties are carried out in line with appropriate legislation, guidelines, regulations (e.g. GDPR, data protection, etc).
- Communicate with management, supervisors, internal departments, staff and customers to ensure the smooth running of the service, attending meetings as and when necessary.

**Requirements of CCTV operator**:

- SIA CCTV Licence
- Flexible to work to 37 hours per week (working on a 24/7, 365 rota basis, 4 on 4 off shifts)
