**Position Overview**:
As an HSQE Graduate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects adhere to the highest standards of safety, health, quality, and environmental practices. You will work closely with our HSQE team to implement and monitor policies, procedures, and regulations to create a safe and sustainable working environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to gain valuable experience and make a meaningful impact in the railway and construction industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Safety Management**: Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring safety policies and procedures to minimize workplace hazards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- **Health Management**: Support the development and implementation of health programs to promote employee well-being and mitigate occupational health risks.
- **Quality Assurance**: Assist in maintaining quality management systems to ensure that projects meet specified standards and client requirements.
- **Environmental Management**: Contribute to environmental management initiatives, including waste reduction, energy conservation, and pollution prevention, to minimize the environmental impact of our operations.
- **Risk Assessment**: Participate in risk assessments and hazard identification activities to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to personnel, equipment, and the environment.
- **Training and Education**: Assist in organizing and delivering training programs to educate employees on HSQE policies, procedures, and best practices.
- **Incident Investigation**: Support incident investigation processes to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence of incidents.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HSQE activities and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders as required.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HSQE performance, efficiency, and effectiveness across all projects and operations.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to promote a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of HSQE regulations, standards, and best practices in the railway and construction industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and develop practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
